Gerald Reid Jordan - President; Lead Portfolio ManagerJerry Jordan is the President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc. He is the lead manager for separate accounts, limited partnerships, and the highly rated Jordan Opportunity Fund. Mr. Jordan joined HJMC in 1996. Previously he was a proprietary trader for Salomon Brothers from 1989 to 1992. He is a graduate of the Harvard College and the Harvard Business School. |

Gerald R. Jordan, Jr. - Chairman/Founder; Portfolio Manager/ Market StrategyMr. Jordan graduated from Harvard College. Following four years of service in the Navy as a Lieutenant, he graduated from The Harvard Business School and began his investment career at Putnam Management Company as a security analyst. While there, he served as investment manager for Putnam's Vista, Equities, Voyager and Option Income Mutual Funds as a Senior Vice President. In 1978 he founded Hellman, Jordan Management Company and currently serves as Chairman and Portfolio Manager, with principal responsibility for market strategy and several of the firm's limited partnerships. |

Nicholas Gleysteen, CFA, CPA - Managing Director/Portfolio ManagerMr. Gleysteen graduated from Syracuse University and received law degrees from New England School of Law and Boston University Law School. Following private law practice, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand until joining Hellman, Jordan in early 1984 as an analyst. He currently serves as Managing Director/Portfolio Manager, and coordinates all research efforts at the firm. Mr. Gleysteen is a CFA, in addition to being a CPA. |

Luke Murphy - Vice President; Director of Marketing & Business DevelopmentMr. Murphy graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in History and a BS in Environmental Studies. Upon graduation, Mr. Murphy worked at T.D. Waterhouse for three years as senior trader of options and equities. Before joining Hellman, Jordan he spent four years at State Street Global Advisors where he worked as a Strategic Sales and Client Service Consultant. Mr. Murphy currently serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing and Business Development for Hellman, Jordan. He also holds his series 7, 63, and 55 licenses. |

Susan G. Lynch - Vice President; Director of OperationsMs. Lynch earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Merrimack College. Upon graduation, she worked for two years in Operations at Bradford Trust Company in Boston. Ms. Lynch joined Hellman, Jordan in 1983 and is a Vice President. She serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Administrator. Her responsibilities include oversight of all office operations and regulatory compliance. |

Richard Frank - Assistant Portfolio Manager/Senior Research AnalystMr. Frank graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems in 2002. He began his career as a financial analyst for leasing brokerage Fleetwood Financial Corp. and joined Hellman, Jordan in 2004 as a research analyst. He currently serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst, with responsibilities including equity valuation, industry analysis, proxy voting management, and IPO research. Mr. Frank passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst program in 2010 and is currently a Level III candidate. |

He worked as a position trader at Gerard, Klauer, Mattison, a boutique investment bank in NYC, for 6 years. His responsibilities at Hellman Jordan Management include technical market analysis, aiding the trading and research departments in their daily activities, and searching for profitable trades and investments for the investment team. |

Kathrina Soja - Research AnalystMs. Soja graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. After graduating from Middlebury, she worked within the Harvard Business School recruiting team at The Boston Consulting Group before joining Hellman, Jordan in 2011. She currently serves as a Fundamental Research Analyst, with a special focus on the retail and healthcare industries. |

Ethan T. Brown - Vice President; Head of TradingMr. Brown earned his BA from St. Lawrence University with a double major in Economics and Spanish before joining Hellman, Jordan in 1998, where he serves as trader with a specialty in options and related investment strategies. His responsibilities include analyzing which options are best suited to maximize profits and minimize risk as market conditions change, while also identifying the importance of grouped options. He tracks the outstanding option open interest of equities and indices that skew the natural course of markets during expiration weeks. He also monitors the volatility indices that play a key role in calculating the fair value of every option contract. |

Justin Shaughnessy - TraderMr. Shaughnessy majored in Finance at Northeastern University and joined Hellman, Jordan in 2001. As a trader, he has a broad knowledge of many investment strategies including equities, equity and index derivatives, and futures. Mr. Shaughnessy's primary responsibility is obtaining best execution for the firm. In doing so he monitors company specific news flow and technical patterns, including volume and depth of market. He also closely follows the overall macroeconomic environment and broad market internals such as breadth, sentiment and volatility to help quantify how they will affect new and existing positions. |

Tim Delaney - Trader/AnalystMr. Delaney earned his BA from College of the Holy Cross with a major in Music. Upon graduation, Mr. Delaney worked at Investors Bank & Trust for one year as a Mutual Fund Accountant before joining Hellman, Jordan in 1999. Currently, Mr. Delaney serves as a trader/analyst, specializing in algorithmic stock and options analysis. In addition, Mr. Delaney coordinates all firm wide technology initiatives, as well as assisting the trading and research departments in their daily activities. |
